1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MakeupByZaniffa.com or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
We provide professional makeup and hairstyling services for bridal, event, and special occasion bookings across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.
Our Services Include:
South Asian Bridal Makeup & Hair
Western Bridal Makeup & Hair
Non-Bridal & Event Makeup
Bridal Party & Group Makeup Services
Hairstyling, Dupatta Setting & Hair Extensions
All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
A. Appointment Booking
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit.
All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-minute appointments are subject to availability.
B. Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on or before the service date.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, E-Transfers, and PayPal.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment and are subject to availability.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
5. Travel & On-Site Services
A travel fee applies for locations outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Parking fees (if applicable) must be covered by the client.
Clients must ensure a clean, well-lit area is available for makeup application.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the service.
We are not responsible for any reactions resulting from the use of makeup products.
Clients must arrive on time to avoid service delays.
7. Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a client is unhappy with the service, adjustments can be made during the appointment.
Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
8. Health & Safety Guidelines
We follow strict hygiene practices by using sanitized brushes and disposable applicators.
If a client has any contagious skin condition, we reserve the right to refuse service.
All tools and products are cleaned and disinfected after every use.
9. Liability Disclaimer
MakeupByZaniffa is not liable for any skin reactions or allergies resulting from makeup application.
We do not guarantee that services will be exactly identical to reference images due to differences in skin tone and facial structure.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials on MakeupByZaniffa.com are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
Client makeup photos may be used for marketing and social media purposes, unless the client requests otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
